Well it just looks like a character from a cartoon show featuring a small white dragon. If I remember correctly it called Dragon Dive.

Nope, never heard about it. If I based my art on an existing character believe me, I would say it.
I was told that the character was like a white bunny/dragon animal, but with more specific details. I drew it just as I was told (except the markings, I thought they may look nice and added them).

If it's similar to another one it's just a coincidence, it may happen sometimes.
