This is Wolfstone on his Sirius-Wolf Maneulv.

Wolfstone is the son of Rock and Lilith and is with Maneulv a Galaxy Rover team.
His events start when the Darkon-Wars are over and Sol faces the rest of the of the Galaxy. The Galaxy-Rovers are meant to maintain peace among the Sol alliance and to act upon emergencies.
Sirius-Wolves are from Sirius 3 and are another example of convergent evolution. Science reports show that the wolves of Sirius are based upon Earthen heritage. How they come on Sirius 3 and how long they prospered there is unknown, but they are highly intelligent (similiar to dolphins or apes, if not more) and way stronger.
Upon their free will they join with worthy warriors for the good.
Maneulv and Wolfstone are a good example.

Wolfstone: Mk. 4 Scorpion-Lance, Tritan-Armor, Force-Generator and Polaron-Tachyon-emitters for phase-running.
Maneulv: Unearthly strength, max speed of 100kmh for 5 hours, bearlike two-legs-stance and Hypra-vison (can see in spectra that normal eyes can never follow).
