I use an image from naruto and edited it by having it next to me while i tried to be as neat as i could on paint to do lines and get the basic design i fail with lashes but this is ok i guess this is a bit square than i would like and the hair was awkward to edit without ruining the picture but first try in free hand with mouse took me long enough to do as i had to neaten up the lines and correct mistakes background is also from google images
