OMIGOSH YOU GUYS! I am finally caught up on my submissions! Now I can submit everything in real time, as I finish my work.

I must say, I'm really disappointed with that bottom right icon. It is obvious to me that the that content of said image was clearly created out of contempt for the recipient and I think the commissioner deserve's their money back with a little extra as compensation for you wasting their time.
