The Hyperdex appears to be a Team Rocket creation, the other one is the pokedex from pokemon gold and silver.

You did an excellent job with the oversized clothing and the different objects in this pic. Nice touch adding the Team Rocket "R" to the Hyperdex device. It adds to the realism of this picture. The expression is wonderful and the picture coupled with the description is perfect. I would have to say that this is one of the finest pokemon transformations I have seen in a long time. Great work.
