this started as a practice pic but it wound up looking quite good as i shaded it, i tried some new soft shading techniques and such, my first time ever trying any sort of dynamic shadow at all, the wings were sort of a last minute add on though, same with the belly scales, i just dont feel comfortable drawing anything with my mother lurking around so i try to finish up quickly
