Looks like a boy on the right, and the one to the left looks bigger, so maybe two brothers? All Tigers will play-fight like this (even the lovey twin Tigresses at my local Zoo). Mostly just social bonding & testing their skills, but may get more serious if there is a dominance issue. Beautiful photo, where was it taken? Are they Siberians or Bengals?
