Character design commission for someone.

His design is based off of a few things really. Was just messing around with some features that were fun for me to draw and ended up with this snazzy guy.

I had some guidelines to follow as well.

He is a Cavern digging dragon. The glowing parts are to lure in prey close enough for him to swallow quickly, as he gets no sun so his metabolism is very low, and cannot move fast other than quick bursts. The horns on his head protect him from falling rocks and cave ins while digging.
