This is Spirit. I figured I needed to draw him moar, because his character design has yet to settle into its comfort zone, so he's been looking different in every drawing so far.

....why is it...that when I look at this sketch, I can only think of Fujiko from Lupin III...? Poor Spirit. He really does look like a woman. I'm convinced that if I changed his gender, his character would be no different. Oh well.

By the way! If I haven't gotten to tl;dr yet...I sense that he is holding that gun kinda awkwardly. Any suggestions?
