oooh I JUST LOVE the imitate look between these two! you can see they are completly focused on eachother with how their eyes are fixed toward eachother and I love how fluid the dancing poses you have drawn looks. there is no doubt that these two are dancing together with their tango'ish posing and eyecontact
just a terrific looking drawing! =)
I checked out the name for the comic and as it happens I know of this comic! I sadly didn't buy it when I first saw it sadly, which I regret now :| it looks mighy fun^^

That´s good to hear, Sir! I hoped to awake some interest into this good comic by my fan-art. That was the reason I posted it in the first place.
I allways loved drawing couples, a male Anthro and a female human. Maybe it is a "Beauty and the Beast"-Complex or something like that. No great warriors, no heroic pictures, just simple fun while dancing, sitting together, hugging. This is fantasy, that I allways will prefer. (Sounds weird, I know.)

ah yea I love fantasy as well. I usually have the odd quirck that I preffer settings with eather only humaniods or only anthros but in fantasy I very much enjoy having both in the same world as in Skyrim and such.
this goes for Sci fi settings as well though in modern day settings I just keep thinking "where did that wolf come from?=" in a real world setting. hehe yea I know I overthink things =P

Wha not? Fantasy is fantasy. Everyone`s mind is different. And anthros and humans togather can allways be fun. Think of "Dinosaucers", "Gargoyles", "Beats Warrior Gulkeeva", "Shining Tears x Wind" etc.
I think, a good fantasy world should have at least humans, orks, dragons, elves, dwarfs and anthros in any possible style and shape.
It is allready a pitty that humans in real life can´t life with their own kind peacfully togather.

Don Lope's design reminds me of another artist work, LeChevalier: http://www.furaffinity.net/user/lechevalier/ Both of you know how to make designs from the old days.
