OH! MY! GOD!!! I had to wait almost 2 months for this chibi ;w;... I'm happy I have it now but SOB!!!
Anyway this was a chibi I won from OctoKay on Deviant Art awhile back. She had complications and wasn't able to finish it for me until recently. But sadly when I told her of Serephime's color change she had already started shading xD
So I just left it as is and decided to post it anyway~ She's wearing her outing outfit. Which is what I wear pretty much in real life. Yes I have shoes like that. -tilts head- Come to think of it I look like a librarian... No wonder my schoolmates always called me that.

P.S. If you notice the funny looking watermark in her hair it's a new watermark I designed with IA from Vocaloid in it xD I'm planning on making Serephime a hardcore cosplayer and I liked IA the most so! Look for it soon :3
