He's the greatest chef (compare to Chef from South Park who died in his last appearance and Chef Kawasaki from Kirby) of the Hill Dogs from "Wan Wan Serepuu Soreyuke! Tetsunoshin" who cooks tasty food made in Chinese karate style. His first debut is in Tetsunoshin Episode 19.

When Tiff, Tuff and Kirby first meet him and tried his food he made, they liked his cooking even though it is better than Kawasaki that Tiff and Tuff didn't like except Kirby he likes his cooking.
