I tried to think of a clever title for like 7 minutes then I gave up. This is a birthday gift my super incredibly lovely friend Juriya. I joked about her drawing Neo after she said she would've drawn me something if she could get past her artblock. She managed to overcome her block and Neapolitan inspired her.
