That Firefox BTW is my Firefox... only with some extremely well spun characterizations on Nathan's part. My characters were just inspiration, the rest is all his.

Tigre is a 'trainer', a slave who trains other slaves. A big Siberian white tiger. She's cast as a villain early on, but becomes more complex as the story progresses.

I did this all in photoshop, there's no pencil sketch or anything. I did use a photo reference though, since I don't usually work this heavily with shadow. Anyone who google's 'tiger' will find my reference in about 2 seconds. This probably took 12-15 hours, a great deal of that time was trying to figure out how to make the fur look like fur and the hair look like hair. Took a lot of skulking around on the intartoobs to find some good tutorials and custom brushes. Time well spent I think.
