You have to lay back and listen, let your body just kinda ease into it. I was able to get into the trance state, Ive kinda done it before.

It worked for me. I've hypnotized myself before. You have to be patient. I'm sure I was in a trance, because my eyes closed early, and there was a time when I wasn't aware of anything, untill near the end. I'm sure I'll listen to it many times.
