Done with http://tewi.us (Tegaki_E) oekaki applet. It is a very cool little program! Pretty basic.. Opacity levels, brush width levels, LOTS of colors, but you can only undo up to five steps backwards so you have to know what you want. The opacity level are equivalent for multiplying layers to a certain point... you just have to be careful.

I started just practicing making big cat heads, but then the muse took over. hehehehe I'm quite amused with this work... so I thought I would show and tell what you can do at Tegaki E.
