The body armor or combat vest he is wearing is a fictional norwegian combat vest called: KV-47 (Kamp Vest)
Its a medium personal body armor designed to stop and protect from small arms fire and shrapnels.
But it wont do so much good against direct fire from assault rifles calibering from the nato 5,56mm or the more powerful 7,62.mm

But in distance, it will provide protection from 9mm. But the main thing is that its light and makes it easy to use when sneaking.
Thankfully, all the straps we see on him is very tightened to his body so he doesnt have to wory about rattling sounds that gives away his position.

The device on his left arm is the a portable computer system interferance device, a stolen prototype from Dr Manfred Munchen that was designed to interfere and hack into systems to corrupt or take over security system or gain access to surveliance cameras, gun cameras and even turrets or other form of electronic defenses. Ideal for cyber infiltrations or stealing valuable files and such.

The boots are are the comfortable: MS 72 (Marsh støvler) These boots are very comfortables and fits like a glove if you have the right size however. They provide good grip on the terrain and is waterproof and muffles footstep sounds. Although dont use the wet shoes on the floor as it may make some loud squeaking noises that will give away your position, but its perfect for outdoor usage.
