Along side fursuit commissions I take time to time, I also create my own solid plastic resin claws.
Thought I would share the process with you all. I wont go into all the details but it makes for quick output of any claw color I want. It took a lot of practice and hours to achieve what I have.


Step 1: Create your sculpture out of sulfur free modeling clay
Step 2: Place sculpture inside a dish - I glued my claws into the bottom of a plastic dish to create a seal. (Refer to Image 1)
Step 3: Purchase and use a 2 part silicone rubber liquid. Mix both parts together and pour into lowest area of dish until the liquid rises up over your sculpture.
Step 4: Remove newly hardened Silicone Rubber Mold
Step 5: Remove Clay Sculpture from mold and rinse with water
Step 6: Purchase and mix 2 part plastic resin liquid - adding special dye's to achieve desired color.
Step 7: Be very quick and pour liquid resin into silicone mold - (See Image 2)
Step 8: Let harden for 30min - (See Image 2)
Step 9: Remove your new plastic claws and bond them to your fursuits with ease! - (See Image 3)


Might consider making toys now XD The process is nearly the same.
