I like the way you made the scenery and background. It seems like a sharp contrast with the figure with outlines and the smoothness of the colors of the scenery makes it stand out to me pretty well. I dunno if that makes sense or maybe I'm just saying random things, but it's really nice.
I love pieces like this. Once someone's home, now abandoned, their memories swept away after they left, now only a shell remains. There are many such places in the high desert of California. Old mining shacks people built in the eighteen hundreds that have been long ago abandoned. Small houses, cinderblock structures.
