You can:
Alter the design a bit, make it your own.
Add scars and accessories.
Change the gender.
Change the species.

Do not:
Claim that you made the design. I don't require that you credit me every time, but a little mention would be nice XP
Change the design significantly. (If you change it too much then there was no point in buying it, so this rule is for YOUR sake)
