Macross City was just that, a city-sized mecah unit. So yes, those are indeed highways you're seeing waaaay down by Macross's feet. :)

While I love everything there is to love about Robotech/Macross... The Kronig Monster and the Monster M.A.C. II are my babies. I must say though. SDF-1 is a VERY close second. As is the Macross Quarter, and the Macross Fortress. OM NOM NOM. If you ever find yourself wanting to do more Macross/Robotech art, and you're wishing someone might commission you for something of that nature. Please, remember me and fire me a note because I would Comission you in a second for something Macrossy and all polished and coloury and stuff.

Interesting mashup. Love the Macross but it looks like it still has the original aircraft carrier arms?
They weren't in Macross plus (your YF-19 looks awesome!) since they went with the weird Space Carriers wich somehow doubled as extra Macross cannons.
