Miyuki has had hard life. Her parents died when she was 12, and she found herself on the street where she was found and taken in by Team Rocket. She was subjugated by an Alakazam who controlled her group. Forced to hurt others, she was horrified by the acts of violence she committed against her will. The Alakazam, known only as Houdini raped her mind, and when her body finally developed at 16, her body. Finally broken, she hurt others of her own accord. Until one day when a team of police caught up with the Rockets and took down the group, killing Houdini in the process. Her mind finally released of his control, Miyuki turned her powers on her hated captors, literally putting them all on ice. A kindly phychic cop read Miyuki's mind and knew what she had gone through and took it upon himself to get her some help.

Now, she is the ward of cop, and goes to PCA to train to be a police officer. Unfortunately, her rough upbringing makes her prone to violence, especially toward men, with whom she's lost all trust. She's a member of the Team Trauma because Lazarus wanted to give her a positive outlet for her violence and to get her to trust her teammate, who, despite appearances, are all male.
