Cyber Police Woman Kitty~ Stopping crime in and out of the interwebs. Her cybernetic limbs give her super natural strength and speed. Unfortunately she has some problems controlling it and ends up breaking allot of things (and buildings) by accident, as well as tripping allot on her tail when running after bad guys~ She's too cute to be fired from her job thou! That, and the fact that her implants cost the police department a great deal of money and they can't just be removed. Thus, she's gained the nick name 'tipsy' from her fellow officers~
