I have a feeling I know what's going on here.
Looking at the evidence...Why would anyone want someone out of their apartment for a certain period of time... Then Nothing has been changed AT ALL so it's not an eviction...Then Stuart lets her see him and leads her into her apartment...then a click to draw her to a certain room...
Yes I think I know exactly what is going on. However I shall withhold my theory until the big reveal.
