I've been wanting to do a couple Pokemon fusions of my own since they got popular for a while not long ago, but the sprite splicer everyone uses to make them is limited to only first gen, so I finally decided not to bother using that and just come up with some ideas on my own.
I'm like 99% sure at least one Charizard/Dragonair fusion has been done before, but I went ahead and put my spin on it anyway. I haven't actually SEEN any others, so if mine happens to look a lot like someone else's, then I'm sorry.
As an added challenge of sorts, I colored and shaded these in the old sprite style used in G/S/C and R/B/Y (except I allowed myself three colors other than black and white instead of just two). That's another thing I've seen some artists do that I wanted to try. I'm not entirely sure I nailed it, but I'm happy with it.
Added names and types just for the Hell of it, too.

I really like the Charizard neck, head, and tail and then the Dragonair wings and the balls. The ears are kinda meh for me but I'm not particularly fond of either Charizard or Dragonair ear/horn/head-wings to begin with. But I like that you went with the head-wings for this design choice. Works great with everything else.
