The detail you put into your backgrounds is simply stunning - i'm definitely taking notes on how to draw logs/bushes/trees/leaves from you (YOU SHOULD MAKE A TUTORIAL) because you make them look so awesome. You also do fantastic things with light and shadow - having it 'monochrome' simply makes it even more apparent how much skill you have because you do so much with only the single colour theme.
Again i hate to be the only nitpicky person out of all your commenters, but... are her eyes bigger than hey should be? Perhaps they're just really wide with wonder, but... they just seem a little out of proportion for her head.
