This is an Elsen-based coord as well as ladyElsen fanart! I would wear this if it weren't for 3/4ths of the year being hot as balls around here. Very nice, simple coord where the biggest challenge would be getting a good petticoat and the right kind of skirt.

The Elsen are the standard nameless NPCs in Off. They are pretty awesome! I like them, they are adorable (until they go Burnt, then they're kind of creepy (or very creepy, in the case of world three)).
