Yea, I still can't believe what happened when that lady sued one of those fast food places for burning her lip on HOT coffee...can't remember if she won or not

Technically it was the way the suit was reported, if the crazy temperature of the coffee and the severity of the burns were given more coverage, it wouldn't have come across as a "trivial lawsuit." Modern media outlets have a LOT to answer for.

Should we open a class action lawsuit on the pornography industry for arthritis and carpal-tunnel? haha. But I didn't know that the coffee was that hot! That's pretty hot but I've done stupider stuff on purpose without damage, perhaps I have a high resistance to stupidity? haha

Haha, fake it...people that get into car accidents fake that stuff all the time and get away with it XD

Haha, my father had a funny experience with that...we were in a pickup truck (older single cab) and got rear ended by a van doing 45MPH as we were at a stop sign...well, his head hits the rear window so hard that it pops it out of it's seal. Cop arrives on scene and he finally is talked into accepting an ambulance to check out his injury and so everything gets cleared up, tow truck comes (van was totaled, truck was fine except for the rear bumper, 1973 quality made) and scene is cleared up, everyone leaves and he's still waiting for the ambulance...long story short he was pissed and ended up in a neck brace for the next 5 weeks and visited a chiropractor for a year and a half afterward, but didn't get any reimbursement because the lady driving the van was poor and had no insurance. Moral of the story is reverse psychology I believe XD
