For those who can't see the image, here's what it says:

If my status is set to BUSY or AWAY, please do not message me.
I don’t RP with new people. If you’re adding me to your friends
list to just RP, please don’t be offended if I delete you off that list.
If I don’t respond to you, especially during a non-ONLINE status,
don’t be offended, I’m not ignoring you on purpose.
If I’m set to BUSY, and you know I’m talking to someone else,
don’t be offended. You don’t know what kind of day I might have
had and maybe just need to talk to certain people (also maybe
just to talk with them about a commission or something).
BUSY/AWAY usually means “Please don’t message me”
If you NEED to tell me something, please do though, hopefully it’s
important. RPs are not important.
If I’m BUSY, chances are I’m on/off keyboard, actually BUSY, or
just talking to 1 or 2 different individuals and just feel like it.
If I’m AWAY, I am AWAY. Leave a general message if you need to.
Things like “Hi” and “How’re you?” don’t cut it. Something like:
“I know you’re away, but I just wanted to say hi and check up
on how you’re doing.” and nothing more until I get back is
acceptable.
In both regards, like I said before: if it’s important, talk to me
regardless.

It's getting ridiculous. Also, no RP notes. You want to get to know me? Fine. Don't start with an introduction followed up with an action (ex. *rubs your tummy* or *feeds you chocolate*). Do that or start with an action I'm removing you. I'm tired of these disappointments and messages coming at me when I'm busy... Sorry if it seems mean, but it's REALLY tiring...
Only friends I've known and we do small-time RPs are the only RPs I'm acceptable with. Not too detailed, short and sweet, just for fun and in small spurts. Other than that, I'm HIGHLY HIGHLY hesitant to talk with anyone who ESPECIALLY just wants to RP or does the whole *insert fatplay action here* within the first few lines.

Also okay, so you're offended. This is gonna seem mean but: If you're gonna be sad and depressed and whatnot about me not wanting to RP with you, get a grip man. Stop acting all depressed when I decline your multiple RP sessions. There MIGHT be a reason why I don't respond to people who bother me with RP requests all the time. I don't have all that free time to RP. This is why I made this submission, so I won't be bothered with a ton of RP requests when I'm having actual conversations with other people. I really don't want to be rude, but I do have my limits.

Baww! So because you're sad and lonely, everyone has to pamper little poor you. I'm sorry for butting in but I can't stand people who think the world revolves around them. Not everyone wants to RP with you, so get over it and stop being an entitled little nuisance. You wonder why people don't want to rp with you? Then stop acting as if everyone in the world owes you something just because you're sad and depressed.
lol, and yeah, no he can't. To tell you the truth, he's probably one of the first reasons I STOPPED RPing~ I get so many who just push and push on the idea just to RP they get all offended if they don't get it then and there. So many message pop-ups every time I sign on a messenger, it just gets annoying fast.
Anyways, looks like you got lucky to be blocked~ and I hope you don't run in to these types ^^
