I figured I'd post this here in case people missed it on Deviant art.
This a tutorial of how I colored this image: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/1010807/ or with skirt: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/1010828/ though it's only the guy... I don't save any screen caps of me making the background. Ha ha ha.
Sadly I've skipped all the early boring important steps. Sorry about. There are more parts to this walk through I just have to do all the explaining bits and that takes forever... -_-;
I use a tablet PC set to landscape mode and Photoshop CS3 Extended but pretty much everything I'm using can be done in Photoshop 7 or lower. Though I prefer Photoshop CS's new brush shape algorithm. It's much smoother now when it transitions from thin to thick which helps a ton.
Um, also if you can't tell from the flashing of panties this is a dude who's dressed like a girl. =]

the fancy brush that fades in the sides you use, is it a CS3 standard brush or did you snag it somewhere? I only have CS2, would love to try if it's possible! :o

I believe it's a standard Photoshop brush with some adjustments on "spacing" under "brush tip shape" and also in the "other dynamics" areas (I turn both options to "pressure"). You should be able to find the base version of the brush right after the first 2 sets of brushes... I think. There should be two of them one size 19 and one 40. You'll have to save a new brush of whatever new settings you make so that Photoshop will keep the settings you adjust. I'm probably forgetting something, sorry. =v
