My character, Blue, is the daughter of a dragon high queen and a powerful elfin mage. Because of that, she is just bursting with magic, and to anyone with the sight to see it, she glows like a small sun.

Unfortuneately for her, there is a wall, a block in her mind that prevents her from using that magic. All she can really do is shapeshift, and the only hint of her true power is the ease in which she can become anything and control even the most minute detail of her form.

Once in a great while, though, when she's under stress, she can break past that way and tap the well of magic inside her. Here's a picture of what one of those moments might look like. The 'focus' for her magic is the jewel in her forehead. Its sort of her conduit or bodily connection, so its especially sensitive to other magics.

I just felt like drawing Blue, lol. I don't draw enough of her, really. And I wanted to try a little something with her feet, which I think worked well. They look more dragon-ish and natural. Also testing out a new way I've come up with to draw skin wings, I think it works as well. Little variation on her normal attire as well.
