Another eventual Demordicai Diamonds character and one of the newer ones at that. Like Rispa, she doesn't make an appearance in the comic until about 2 years ahead of where the story currently is at. This is my first attempt at drawing her but my second attempt at coloring. I already screwed that up once today and had to restart.

Nina is one of the 12 Feathers (royal advisers) of Queen Laurabelle of Romadia and fulfills the role of court wizard and advisory on all things dealing with magic of the elemental variety. Nina herself is capable of using wind magic without any assistance from any devices such as wands or staffs but it's rare that she is ever put into a situation that would require the violent use of her abilities.

It's a rare thing for Nina to be talkative, she often speaks as few words as possible in conversation and comes off as rather deadpan with her emotions. Not to say that she avoids conversation entirely but she's very picky and choosey with who she talks to and how much she'll be willing to say.

Nina often tends to cloister herself away and finds more interest in her research than people with the exception other individuals like herself who are capable of using magic without any mechanical aid. She isn't as close to the Queen as Rispa as and tends to view her noble position as a stepping stone in advancing her skills and knowledge and takes up a more neutral position on royal affairs as long as her work can continue.

Contrary to popular belief, Nina does make jokes from time to time but they are often too brainy or oddly phrased for most people to find them funny, let alone recognize them as a joke when she cracks one. She also has a strong dislike of milk.
