Well, here he is. The character is Rengar for League of Legends. I'm not completely pleased with it, but I am a perfectionist, and my client is absolutely over the moon about how this turned out, so what more can I really ask for?

Eyes, fan, nose, and tongue came from DVC, as I don't do LEDs or fans myself, and I figured why bother molding a nose and tongue if I was ordering from her anyways. The head and jawset I sculpted and cast myself, the vision is through the mouth on this one, but I did make sure that the tear ducts would line up with eyes so I could feasibly reuse this mold as a normal mask with minimal fudging.
All the "claws" on the braids are resin shells filled with expanding foam. Ten long braids made of kanekalon plaited around cotton cores. The wraps around the claws, the eye cover and the beard cuff are all made of leather. The main is made of MM fox with wefts of kanekalon added for extra length.

This head is pretty heavy, about 5lb, but the braids pull back which counteracts the weight of the face, so it's quite nicely balanced, and doesn't really feel too heavy while on.
