This is an unofficial outfit you may have seen me draw in a comic or two. Smiley considers it a battle outfit. And yus that 'weapon' is totally not a weapon, but just a fishing pole looking thing with a fish plushie thing at the end. Anyway I was redoing Smiley's ref sheet and decided I'd draw this to add as an unofficial outfit. So it won't be in the actual ref but I'm posting it alone. XP
