With an odd redesign idea I simply had to try with the concept of Doflamingo from One Piece. Perhaps most noteworthy of the idea is that it totally makes sense to me for his eye color to look like this under the shades- Also I kinda like the idea of him having a pink mohawk that widens out along the lower back part of his head ^.^
