I'm not happy with this one, it looks like a toilet paper mummy.
I don't know if it's the material (again paper e glue, so basically it's a toilet paper mummy), the sculp or the color, but I don't see it like something made of air.
Any suggestion?

I would give it a light blue coat instead of that dark color (looks like purple?) underneath, and then go over it with a white wash- let dry- then put a few heavier layers in spots to resemble clouds coming from the sky. It may help, as well, to try and make tighter 'twists' in the base form, trying to make it look more like a tornado. I know not all air things are tornados, but I think it will translate better into your medium.
