All graphite! :3

I've had the strangest urge to paint a picture of an eagle recently. And shortly after I had the urge I was visited by a bald eagle for 3 days in a row. So obviously I am needed to paint this picture. So...... I need practice with eagles. One night after I talked with my dad, I sat in my room and practiced several eagle heads on a big 18" X 12" sketchpad and shortly after that I set to work on this picture. It was going to be a full eagle in flight but then around 2am I became lazy and faded it out, then had to cover up the pencil and eraser marks I made of the full body behind it hence the dark...... BUT... I think this turned out AMAZINGLY. Definitely one I am proud of. My parents keep fighting over it saying I gave it to them XD but I never gave it to anybody. *keeps planning on that painting* I'll be posting more eagle pictures later as I draw them. I need a bit more practice before I jump into the painting.
