Here we have the extra member of the Yokaiger. Hocho is a Kamaitachi, the sickle weasel yokai trapped in human form. Normally the Kamaitachi is not affiliated with being shapeshifters, but simple weasels, known simply as itachi do. Becausr of the legends surrounding the kamaitachi, hocho uses wind-based attacks and is the fastest of the Yokaiger.
I still haven't figured out much of Hocho's backstory or personality yet since he comes later in the story. His name means kitchen knife in Japanese.
