mostly depends the weather, if it's to humid i personally will probalby take a break 30 minutes or so in depending what i am doing at the time and if it is cool with a slight wind most of the time the whole time. in doors i have stayed in suit for 2 hours if not a bit more and that was at aikon this year with squeakytazzy
