Well~! Finally it's done~ ^____^ A year after it was requested, a friend IRL named Sam has finally gotten her hawk finished! =3 Indeed, it turned out much nicer than I anticipated, and it makes me smile looking at it. Such a pretty bird I had the honour of drawing~... =) My only regret was that it wasn't done sooner. Even still, glad I chose to wait until my pencil skills were much better than hopping right to the task. Now, her hawk is complete, and I can dance gleefully knowing that I got all my requested pictures done~! Man, it feels so good to be free of the terrible guilt curse~! ^W^

Beautiful creature, I dare say... It was looking like an eagle for a while, and then an owl... Right now, I'd say... seagull-ish? XD I tried~... I'm very happy with how the wings and tail feathers came out though.
