Well, insomnia seems to be when I get the best work done, and then I still was in the zone today despite only sleeping two hours. Got to love when it works out that way. I still need to work the cloth, and the scabbard, and I am not yet happy with the metal, and I have not yet touched his eyes. ... and then I went an checked it against the layout we decided on and realized he is backwards... Some times you just are so into what you are doing you don't notice you have screwed up. Ah well, I have found something to try and get the metal shaded interestingly. It is crazy how hard it is to find a good gimp tutorial on colouring metal. Lots of metal text, but nothing for armour. Ah well. This is practice then. Too bad, I was quite happy with the fur start. Ah well, off to do some more house cleaning, then off to babysit my niece.
