Height in this form is 6ft
UTX in this form is able to Create 2 types of Water Based moves. and he can control the amount of Warmth he can add to it. for it to be Scolding hot or Mildly warm.
He still Retains his powerful physical strength, speed, and Variation Skills
He can also turn water into Vapors that can soothe wounds or Burn skin real bad.
also another trick he can do is turn the water into Dark Blackhole Puddles which can be Traps in its own way too. cause its endlessly deep and whats worse it sucks Enemies in. XD
Some positives tho UTX in this form he can Create some nifty Saunas and Hotsprings to relax his friends. :3 is such a nice power~ heh
