the reason for that is, the same reason on a cold night that when you breath out, its fog. the air coming out from underground tends to be warmer than the air outside on a cold night, so.. there ya go. :3

Can I marry you? This is legitimately one of the best pieces I've seen in a long while. The amount of sheer detail you've put into everything is astounding, and the amount of time probably is just as expansive!

The little features are what really sells this in my opinion. The little fog lights, and the emergency plane lights on the top of the buildings really set the atmosphere for a dim-lit night on the streets. Its almost as if it was from a scene of a movie. Truly a wonderful setting is quickly delivered and portrayed here and for that I can appreciate the contents more.

You did an absolutely amazing job on the lighting. I was blown away with how well you made the reflections! Really cool aspect that gives this piece a sense of life and movement! And the posing of the character with the facial gestures and features helps compliment the setting in its entirety!

Very good job on this! It is amazingly worth more favorites than it should be. And i for one a setting this as my background~ (so long as your ok with it X3)

It was a pretty interesting picture to work on, as there is certainly more detail compared to what I usually draw, so it was fun to try to figure things out.
And yeah of course you can use it as background.
