That's how I hold my pens too! I've tried the "correct" way, but it never works out for me.

I think I hold my pen in a similar way! I know it's not the correct way any the way (and used to leave me with callouses on me ring finger)

my ring finger is actually turned slightly inward, as is the nail itself, and there's a permanent callous on the skin to the side of my nail because of it ahaha

i used to hold pens like that until i was emotionally scarred/had a few rap on the knuckles
now i hold it the "right way"

omg that's how I hold my pens too...

I've just tried that way of holding my pen to see what it was like - it doesn't seem to have any disadvantages over the 'proper' way and it doesn't cause stress through the middle of my hand like the 'proper' way does (maybe I hold my pens too hard).
I think it's really good that we can find acceptance of how we are here on FA, rather than having to try to conform to the 'usual way of doing things'!

And I think Frankie is cute!
