The other day I this character concept popped into my head and for the first time I figured I would try making a reference sheet. So here it is and actually it was quite a bit of fun so I may try doing this for past and future characters of all types and sizes.
Eventually I am sure there will be more pictures of Solarflare to come but this particular image more then likely will be moved to scraps in the next few days.

Since I have been meaning comment on this for a while... ever since you put it up... just haven't made the time. So here goes. I like this I love the realistic color patterning. The tattoo is wonderful and I love the patch of color over the eye. This is great for referencing color, if anyone would choose to draw him. The highlights in the hair are great. Over all good job.
