ANOTHER STEP IN THIS CHRONOLOGICALLY-REVERSE ART JOURNEY. Yes, still renewing descriptions backwards.

This one is thematically similar to Souls of Light, and is also a gift for a good friend. A bookends trope? In MY gallery? It's more likely than you think. FREE FA CHECK. This friend is, to this day, still not a furry, but that will not stop me from giving him an edgy bat fursona. He did stop making vampire characters and settled for the lich flavor of undead tho. A rat with a sniper rifle might suit him equally well. Jokes aside, I still like this one a lot, and it was my first public work too. I have some older drawings, and those will never see the light of day if I can help it. There are other works that could perfectly see the light of day, but I'm too lazy to search through my drives and upload them.

This is actually not the original image, as I did draw the two characters separately and this idea for a composition came to me later. A bit of The School of Athens here maybe, who knows. The old description I wrote says, and I kid you not, "I think this is the best quality drawing I will ever make". Like HAVE YOU SEEN THE NEWER ONES, PAST ME? That's clearly incorrect and you should know better, smh
