This was the start of the Continental tire series race at Kansas. As you can see the GS (Grand Sport) cars get quite a jump on the much slower ST (Sport Tuner) cars. And on this track with its very fast layout it only took a couple laps for the GS cars to start weaving their way through the back of the ST cars. I love sitting by the turn four hairpin because they get so much speed down that straight that at night those brake rotors are simply glowing red hot.
