I don't think I could ever draw a sad otter. They're just elemental happy for me. And I still enjoy drawing these closeup cards from time to time. Whenever I do an underwater card I toss down blue as a base layer and then color on top of it. The result is a sort of blue tint to everything that helps give it that bluish watery effect.

But who cares. It's an otter! Whee!
