Generally speaking, there -can- be tjin distinguishable from each other by human eye. All it takes is millions of years to develop a mutation, which, by itself, can be almost anything - for example, there can be chrysocoras like this one, that
shinbo drew (as usual, breathtakingly good one, despite being mostly a doodle). As far as I understand, it's a result of said millions of years of living side by side with chimaeras. ^_^

Haha, cat is fine, I got the pun :D
I guess we're talking about the same species! Or maybe you mean morgendraches... those colorful hand-wing dragons. They really do have similar kind of horns. Anyway, that doesn't really matter!
I just hope other tjins won't bully those, who look different

Of course they won't; chryses are a purely non-competitive race, and bullying is a signature behaviour of competitionists. Other tjin would probably annoy the hell out of that one through curiosity, though. ^_^ There's a lot of differences for that - a beard, a longer snout, smaller and more slanted eyes, different positioning of ears to name a few - all of which are as strikingly noticeable to other tjin as features like red eye whites or green bark skin or scaly hair are to the human eye ^_^
Curiosity is usually a good thing :) Well, When it's not leading to other people's personal space invasion.
It may be so for tjins, but for humans it's still almost non-existant differences. I guess we, earthlings, are just too used to broad and noticable genetic variation within our own kind :)

Yep. that's where the trouble might start; though tjin are usually very respectful of privacy.
And - yep, I guess it's only natural for any species's detail recognition level to be tied to its mutability factor. Which I didn't account for >_<
Well, for the future chrysocoras, I hope their love for design and decor will sate most of artists' thirst for change and customization (yep, false hopes, I know, but why not...) ^_^
