Boading Balls! I have a set just like that. You use them to improve hand dexterity, basically rotate them around in the palm of your hand without letting them touch (they have bells so you know you failed)

I'd have suggested it but you could probably get as much (ormore if they are nice ones) by sellingthem locally and not having to ship them all the way across the us. Mine only cost $7, postage included from here in CA. Yours would cost more than that to ship. Sorry...it just seems to make more sense this way. Try craigs list or just ask around, They are really supposed to be good for you, and you know how many health nuts there are these days. ;3
